Collbran, Colorado is centrally located to lots of outdoor activities. The Grand Mesa offers a variety of recreation activities including four-wheeling and snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, and hiking. Powderhorn Ski Resort boasts great skiing with short lines in the winter or mountain biking in the summer, and Vega State Park features dining at the lodge, snowmobiling, four-wheeling, fishing, waterskiing, and boating. The town of Collbran is a quaint little town with several parks, a rodeo grounds, a couple of restaurants, and one gas station and grocery store.

Our town vacation rentals are fully furnished and located on the same property, just outside of Collbran city limits, offering both convenience and a peaceful setting. They have full amenities—running water, electricity, heat, air conditioning, laundry, and high speed Wifi. They are quiet and homey, open year-round, pet friendly, and available for both short- and mid-term stays.

Our mountain rentals are located about seven miles south of Collbran at the base of Grand Mesa. Unless noted otherwise, they are off-grid (no running water or electricity), open seasonally, and accessible only by 4x4 vehicles in snowy weather. In addition to the rental amenities, we offer simple snacks, drinks, coffee, and WiFi at the Sunroom, the porch on the front of our house. All are pet friendly.
